Three research questions and three hypotheses were stated to guide the study. Twenty-five respondents were selected and used as a sample. Using survey research design was used to select the sample. The technique used was questionnaires. The data collected was analyzed using statistical tools SPSS. It Is recommended that there should be adequate provision of instructional materials for teachers of primary science, especially laboratory, science textbooks, and it equipment. There should be teacher training programs in the form of workshops, and seminars to improve their professional output and make them resourceful in teaching of primary science. Government should make funds available for the purchase of equipment such as audio-visual materials.
