The principal aim was to assess marital satisfaction levels, psychological well-being, and the factors influencing these variables among university employees. A descriptive survey research design was employed, targeting a population of approximately 320 married employees, with a sample size of 178 determined using the Taro Yamane formula. Data collection was conducted through structured questionnaires, yielding quantitative insights into participants'' marital satisfaction and psychological well-being. Analysis revealed that 75% of respondents reported high marital satisfaction, with trust and effective communication being pivotal factors. In terms of psychological well-being, 68% indicated a positive mental health status, although only 60% felt emotionally resilient. The study applied Resource Theory and the Work-Family Conflict Model as theoretical frameworks to explore the intricate dynamics between marital and psychological well-being. Findings indicated a strong positive correlation (r 0.65, p 0.01) between marital satisfaction and psychological well-being, highlighting that employees with higher marital satisfaction also experienced better mental health. In conclusion, enhancing marital satisfaction significantly contributes to improving employees'''' psychological well-being. Recommendations include implementing organizational support programs and flexible work policies to promote work-life balance.
