Employing a descriptive survey design, the study distributed 142 structured questionnaires to medical and paramedical staff, achieving a robust sample size determined by Yamane Taro''s formula. Key findings reveal significant factors contributing to workplace conflict, including poor communication, incompatible goals, and resource scarcity. The majority (63.4%) of respondents emphasized the importance of health workers exploring and agreeing on resolutions collaboratively. Moreover, 70.4% identified turnover as a notable consequence, along with anxiety, decreased productivity, and work disruptions. Preventative strategies highlighted by respondents include promoting effective communication (71.83%), providing targeted training (78.87%), and fostering team engagement (77.46%). Statistical analysis using chi-square (² 6.682, p 0.05) confirmed the significance of these resolution and prevention strategies, underscoring the importance of structured conflict management frameworks. The study concludes that proactive conflict management and improved communication can significantly enhance workplace harmony and healthcare delivery outcomes.
