After the perimeter was done, the total area of the project location gotten was 43.123ha (431,123.887m2) and the total perimeter length is 2.192km. The controls used to tie the work are the KD08, KD88 and CES AP 1, which are second-order controls. The method adopted for this project is the GPS traversing method, which was used to take the perimeter and details of all infrastructures in the project area. The perimeter survey was done in accordance with third order specification, the total boundary points is 37 points and the linear accuracy gotten is 1:21,000, the angular misclosure gotten in the in–situ check is 00000’02” which falls within the allowable angular misclosure 30”.The data obtained are the geometric data (X,Y and Z) and the Attribute data (Meta data). The software used in the production of the map, analysis and reports are Civil3D 2022, AutoCAD 2017, ArcGIS 10.8, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint. A Geodatabase was for all infrastructure within the study area, analysis and discussion of all infrastructures, such as roads, Buildings, Electricity and water supply, was done, the map was plotted at a scale of 1:2000 on A1 paper. Overall, this project contributes to the development of a comprehensive information for television, providing valuable information for planning and managing infrastructure within the study area.
