Other specific objectives are to determine whether there is an impact of COVID-19 on the capital budget of Zee Rock Nigeria Limited and to examine whether there Covid 19 affects the performance of Zee Rock Nigeria Limited, Lokoja Branch. The primary and secondary sources were used in the research the population of the study was 70 staff and only 50 copies of the questionnaire were retrieved from the Zee-Rock Nigeria Lokoja site, the findings show that the impact of Covid 19 on the capital budget of Zee-Rock Nigeria Limited. Will recommend that the company plan ahead for investment the period is of cash flow and if not well planned can lead to zero cash flow and thus hamper operations.
