Globalization is a child of necessity that brings opportunities and pressures for manufacturing firms in emerging markets to innovate and improve their competitive position. The statement of the problem is that pertinent to the above the study seeks to investigate the impact of globalization on Nigeria's manufacturing sector. The researcher used a survey design method, and the population of the study was 60 while the sample size was 52. Taro Yamani’s formula was used to determine the sample size out of 52 copies of questionnaires administered only 50 copies were returned correctively filled. From the findings, it was discovered that globalization has a significant impact on the performance of a manufacturing firm.
