It assesses key factors such as service quality, accessibility, affordability, and patient experiences. The findings aim to provide insights into the effectiveness of the BHCPF in improving primary healthcare delivery and identifying areas for enhancement. A total of 120 questionnaires were administered to the respondents and data collected was analysed using simple percentage. The findings of the study revealed that most of the respondents (43.33%) believed Healthcare providers at Unguwa Uku PHC listen to patients effectively. This research work revealed that (37.5%) from the total respondents indicated that negative behavior and attitudes of health care personnel prevent them from patronizing the health care services at Unguwa Uku. Lastly, this study revealed that (33.33%) indicated that there is no available equipment and technological instruments in the study area. And the availability of medicine in the study area is not provided enough. It was recommended that Adequate stock of essential drugs and medical supplies should be maintained through efficient procurement processes to reduce drug shortages. To address the issue of overcrowding and long waiting times, the recruitment of additional healthcare workers, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, is essential. Introducing an appointment system or digital health records can streamline patient flow and reduce waiting times.
