The system was meticulously designed following a detailed requirements analysis that identified the needs of both artisans and clients. The implementation leveraged robust search functionalities, user-friendly interfaces, and scalable architecture to ensure ease of use and broad accessibility. The platform includes distinct login interfaces for artisans, clients, and administrators, each tailored to meet the specific needs of these user groups. The evaluation of the system's performance, conducted through a series of usability tests and feedback from potential users, demonstrates its effectiveness in improving the visibility of artisans and facilitating client-artisan interactions. The study's outcomes suggest significant potential for the system to contribute to the socio-economic development of the region by empowering local artisans, promoting self-employment, and enhancing service delivery.
