Using a case study approach with self-administered questionnaires and chi-square analysis, the research reveals a significant positive relationship between tailored training programs and enhanced worker performance. Recommendations include designing need-based training programs, employing transparent selection criteria for trainees, and fostering organizational commitment to capacity building.
