The research explores how digital auditing systems integrated within Property Management Systems (PMS) influence financial reporting accuracy, decision-making speed, and overall revenue performance. Using a descriptive survey design, data were collected from 25 respondents comprising finance officers, revenue managers, and general managers through structured questionnaires. Findings revealed that 88% of the sampled hotels use PMS with integrated night audit features, while 80% conduct digital audits daily. A significant majority (84%) confirmed that these systems have improved billing accuracy and reduced revenue leakage. Furthermore, 84% agreed that online night audit contributes positively to revenue generation, while 88% recommended its adoption by other hotels. Despite the benefits, challenges such as poor internet connectivity (40%), lack of technical expertise (28%), and high software costs (20%) were identified as barriers to full implementation. The study concludes that online night audit systems are essential tools for modern hotel operations, offering substantial benefits in terms of efficiency, transparency, and profitability.
