Abstract
This study was intended to examine the Impact of Talent Acquisition on Talent Pool Management in Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa. This study was guided by the following objectives to examine the impact of talent acquisition in Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, to assess the impact of Talent Pool Management in Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, and to identify the impact of recruitment tools in Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa. The study employed the descriptive and explanatory design, and questionnaires, in addition to library research, were applied in order to collect data. Primary and secondary data sources were used and data was analyzed using the chi square statistical tool at 5% level of significance which was presented in frequency tables and percentages. The study findings revealed that there is no significant relationship between talent acquisition strategies and talent pool quality at Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa. The study recommended that Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa should formalize a clear, long-term talent acquisition strategy that reflects institutional goals and future workforce projections. The institution should fully implement applicant tracking systems, digital recruitment platforms, and performance-based screening tools to improve hiring outcomes....
