The research focuses on how Company Income Tax, Value Added Tax, and tax policy changes influence investment decisions, operational spending, and dividend payout strategies in the banking sector. Using a descriptive survey method, data were collected from 390 staff across five listed banks using their financial statements. Data were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, and Chi-square tests. Findings revealed that taxation significantly affects major business decisions.
