The objective of the study was to ascertain the effect of economic, social and environmental bottom lines on the cash flow return on investment of quoted oil and gas firms in Nigeria. The study employed an ex-post facto research design and covered the period of 2013-2023. Pearson Correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, and Panel Least Squares regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The analysis result showed that economic bottom line reporting has a significant and positive effect on cash flow return on investment of quoted oil and gas firms in Nigeria, social bottom line reporting has a significant and positive effect on cash flow return on investment of quoted oil and gas firms in Nigeria and environmental bottom line reporting has a significant and positive effect on cash flow return on investment of quoted oil and gas firms in Nigeria.
