The increase in student enrollment has led to a higher demand for the off campus housing, yet the current form of finding a suitable accommodation for students is outdated, inefficient, and fragmented, relying on informal networks such as social media and word of mouth method of finding a house. Students face a prolonged search period, unreliable information, and often substandard housing conditions. Therefore, a web-based student accommodation system for off-campus housing information and search integrated with Google map was designed and implemented, which allows student especially non-students who just enrolled in the school. The rental rooms displayed on the website are rooms that the landlord wants to rent out. Landlords can register the rental room they want to rent out by logging into the website to register, while the tenants, who are students, can only rent the house or room after logging into the website The integration of Google Maps allows the student to search for rental properties based on location and preference .HTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL, and JAVASCRIPT were used as the programming languages to develop this system.
