It was motivated by the challenges of the existing manual system, including poor record-keeping, delays in information retrieval, and inefficient communication between estate agents and clients. The aim was to design a web-based system that automates property management, improves access to property information, and enhances agent-client communication, with objectives including a computerized database for property records and a secure registration and login system. The Object-Oriented Analysis and Design Methodology (OOADM) was adopted for its modularity and scalability. The system was implemented as a responsive web application using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript, Font Awesome, and browser Local Storage, comprising an Administrator Module, Customer Module, and Agent Module that support registration, property listing and search, booking of inspections, favourites management, and profile updates. System testing confirmed that all major functionalities performed successfully without significant errors.
