The general objective of the study is to examine whether customer relationship management has a positive impact on the performance of Deposit money banks. The researcher used a census survey method of research design. A questionnaire was adopted as a result of survey method. The population of the study comprises all the staff of the organization under study, which is 23. A chi-square statistical instrument was used to test the hypotheses earlier formulated. On this note, the findings revealed, amongst others, that Customer relationship management has a significant impact on the performance of Deposit Money Banks. It was therefore recommended, among others, that Banks should embark from time to time on marketing research. This is because effective marketing strategies are a product of marketing research.
